Vision

Create real and immediate opportunities for the internationalization of College Education, contributing with the accomplishment of article 26 of the Universal Decree of Human Rights: “Everybody has the right to be schooled”. A right that has been reduced because of economic reasons, problems with the schedule, the government disability to face the situation and lack of access to traditional education centers, among other facts that increase the social differences and create a bigger gab between the “Powerful and the Weak”.
