Promote opportunities of science and technology to those who claim for good will actions, for the qualified and entrepreneurial development of their abilities, beyond national or geographical boarders.

Objectives
Give you a range of academic choices, wide, solid, legally authorized, interesting and totally innovative. (Innovative, shall not become a publicity logo.) The proposal must be vertically and horizontally integrated, spreading knowledge towards society.

History
After several attempts, and several names, the Regional Study Center was founded in 1997, as a Center committed to the education of young adults, and helping people who for any reason are not able to finish or even to start their high school education. A that time, CERPA was just a tiny office, functioning in a lent classroom of a public school.

In 1999, started the development of strategies for the College Technicians market, short term courses, not as relevant as a bachelor’s degree. With this movement, CERPA was totally transformed into a Center of College Studies, maintaining the young adults courses as one of its services..

Currently, it has assured itself as one of the most important projects, for becoming a center of virtual studies. Under the name of
CERPA
, that has become the first education center totally virtual in the Republic of Panamá, getting into new academic proposals:
Bachelor, Master, PhD and others
. (courses and several carriers).

Characteristics

• Complete integration of the human being .
• Complete integration of the entrepreneur and the enterprise.
• Prepare and improve developers and entrepreneurs, decreasing the percentage of poverty and unemployment in the country.
• Become facilitators for the creation of new enterprises, and help with the improvement of the already existing ones.
• Develop easy ways of acquiring knowledge, based on the students’ creativity, individuality,). Load the students with the necessary tools to face successfully, the challenges they will find in the market.
• Transmit to the students codes related to behavior, values and attitudes that rule society. Develop in the students love, care, and satisfaction for the community’s need, the family as the first community, and the country, as the great Panamanian community.
• Strengthen the idea of defense of democracy, and legal rights.
• Ease the analysis of the reality, help create and execute proposals for a better development
• Have the participant become the main participant and responsible for his major, through an education with of traditional methods, freeing, that encourages analysis, decision making , risk running, constant changes, permanent improvement, and an immediate action
• Orientated in how to satisfy the society economic, civic, cultural, and moral need.
